| According with GB EZCQ | |||||||||||||||||||
| Introduction: GB EZCQ is a kind of spheroidal graphite cast iron electrode with low-carbon steel core wire and strong graphitization type coating. Due to a certain quantity of spheroidal graphite agent added, the graphite in the deposited metal will appear as spherical precipitation when cooled. AC/DC. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Uses: Used for repair welding on spheroidal graphite cast iron pieces. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Chemical Composition of Deposited Metal (%)
| |||||||||||||||||||
| Reference Current(AC, DC+)
| |||||||||||||||||||
| Instructions: 1.The electrodes must be baked under about 250℃ for an hour before welding. 2.The weldments should be preheated to about 500℃ before welding and given insulation work and slow cooling after welding so that the repaired places may be able to be given machine work. 3.Criteria for heat treatment Normalizing treatment: given insulation work under 900-920℃ for 2.5 hours, given furnace cooling to 730-750℃, given insulation work for 2 hours, taken out and given air cooling. Annealing treatment: given insulation work under 900-920℃ for 2.5 hours and given furnace cooling to below 100℃. | |||||||||||||||||||
