Description:

EL12 flux/wire combination has very nice performance in welding, arc is stable, slag detachability is easy and weld metal shows a fine appearance,
Both AC and DC can be applied, when using DC, the wire should b contacted straight polarity.
It is suitable for submerged arc welding structures fabricated by 450MPa grade steel, e.g.LPG cylinder as well as ship structures as same strength.
Before welding, the workplace must clear away impurities and the flux must be baked in temperature of 200°C-250°C for 1-1.5 hours.
