Standard conforming: GB/T17854-1999 F308-H0Cr21Ni10 Equivalent to : AWS A5.23 F7A0-EH14 Description and Applications HJ250G is a type of fused with low-manganese, medium-silicon, medium-fluorine content, light yellow to light green pumiceous grains. Its grain size is 2.0-0.45mm (10-40 meshes). Flux HJ250G is suitable for use with DC power, filler wires connect with Positive Electrode. With excellent technological properties, the flux provides very good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal. Flux for welding of low alloy hard steel (15MnV, 14MnMoV, 18MnMoNb) in combination with appropriate SAW wires such as H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA, H08Mn2MoVA, etc. Combined with wire of H08Mn2MoVA, the flux being applied to -70℃ cryogenic steel of 09Mn2V, providing a good low temperature impact toughness performance.
