SJ601B Agglomerated Flux for S.A. Welding

Description and Applications
SJ601B is a type of alkaline agglomerated flux special for welding ultralow carbon stainless steels,gray white spherical grain in appearance. Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm(10-60meshes). Flux SJ601 is suitable for use with DC power, filler wires connect with Positive Electrode. With low sensitivity towards arc below, the flux provides good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal. Additional feathers are no carbon generated and less burning loss of chromium.It is perfect for welding ultralow carbon stainless steel.
Combined with wires such as H00Cr21Ni10, H00Cr19Ni12Mo2, etc. SJ601B is used in the welding of ultralow carbon stainless steel structures.

Packing: 25kg per kraft paper bag or 1000kg per jumbo bag.

Remarks:
1. Redry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2hours before welding.
2. Impurities such as rust, greasy dirt, moisture, ect.should be cleared from the welding area.
