Description and Applications SJ105 is a type of F and alkali based agglomerated flux special for roll surgacing, Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 meshes). SJ105 is suitable for using DC Power. With stable burning arc, the flux provides very good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal. Additional the chemical nature of SJ105 provides high resistance to cracking and high purity of weld bead metal with low P content. SJ105 is recommended for roll surfacing combining with appropriate power-cored wear resistant wires. The hardness of the surfacing bead: HRC≥55. Packing: 25kg per kraft paper bag or 1000kg per jumbo bag.
Remarks: 1. Redry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2hours before welding. 2. Impurities such as rust, greasy dirt, moisture, ect.should be cleared from the welding area.
