SJ604 Agglomerated Flux for S.A. Welding

Description and Applications
SJ604 is a type of flurine and alkli based high alkaline agglomerated flux, gray white spherical grain in appearance. Its grain size is 2.0-0.45mm(10-40meshes). With excellent technical properties and stable burning arc, the flux provides very good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal. Additional Feather are high degree of purity and good low temperature impact toughness performance towards weld bead metals.
Flux for welding of fine grain low-temprature steels and high strength steels such as low-temperature pressure vessels, storage tanks, oil and gas pipelines and ocean projects applications combined with appropriate SAW wires.

Remarks:
1. Redry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2hours before welding.
2. Impurities such as rust, greasy dirt, moisture, ect.should be cleared from the welding area.
