SJ201 Agglomerated Flux for S.A. Welding

Description and Applications
Flux SJ201 is a type of aluminum and alkali based agglomerated flux, dark gray spherical grains in apperance, Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm (10-60meshes). Flux SJ201 is suitable for use with AC or DC power, filler wires connect with Positive Electrode while in DC, the maximum current can reach to 700 amps. With low sensitivity Feathers are good performance of impact toughness towards weld bead metals.
Combined with appropriate SAW wires such as H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08MnMoA, the flux is capable of welding multiple low alloy steel structures, especially suits for plate narrow groove weld, as well as narrow gap welding.

Remarks:
1. Redry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2hours before welding.
2. Impurities such as rust, greasy dirt, moisture, ect.should be cleared from the welding area.
