Standard conforming: GB/T17854-1999 F308-H0Cr21Ni10 Equivalent to : AWS A5.23 F7A0-EH14 Description and Applications SJ601 is a type of alkaline agglomerated flux special for welding of stainless steels and high alloy heat resistant steels, the basicity of which is about 1.8, gray white spherical grain in appearance. Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm(10-60meshes). Flux SJ601 is suitable for use with AC or DC power, filler wires connect with Positive Electrode while in DC. The flux provides pure weld bead metals, low content of harmful elements, hardly any carbon generated and less burning loss of chromium when welding stainless steels, especially suitable for welding of low carbon and ultralow carbon stainless steels, which provides a good intragranular anti-corrosion performance towards weld joints as well. Flux for welding of stainless steels and high alloy heat resistant steels and other important structures combined with appropriate SAW wires such as H0Cr21Ni10, H00Cr21Ni10, H00Cr19Ni12Mo2, etc. Machanical properties of Deposited Metal
Wire
Tensile Strength Rm(MPa)
Elongation (A%)
H0Cr21Ni10
≥520
≥30
Packing: 25kg per kraft paper bag or 1000kg per jumbo bag.
Remarks: 1. Redry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2hours before welding. 2. Impurities such as rust, greasy dirt, moisture, ect.should be cleared from the welding area.
