HJ350 Fused Flux for S.A. Welding

Equivalent to : AWS A5.23 F7A0-EH14
Description and Applications
HJ350 is a type of fused flux with medium-manganese high-silicon low-fluorine content, brownish red glassy grainy grains in appearance. Its grain size is 2.5-0.45mm (8-40 meshes). Flux HJ350 is suitable for use with AC or DC power, filler wires connect with Positive Electrode while in DC. With excellent technological properties, the flux provides very good weld bead apperance.
Flux for welding of low carbon steels and some low alloy structures (16Mn, 15MnV, 15MnVN), like boilers, pressure vessels in combination with appropriate SAW wires.

Remarks:
1. Redry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2hours before welding.
2. Impurities such as rust, greasy dirt, moisture, ect.should be cleared from the welding area.
